Top Tier Imports began in 2011 as a weekly meet for car enthusiasts in Winnipeg, MB. Over the slow off-season, we decided to get a little more organized.

We then saw the opportunity to grow from a group of guys to something more substantial. Top Tier Imports is an import community focused on respect for one another.
