Around 11am, my gym is about the same too.  But around 5, it is far busier than usual.

pretty much par for the course for the first 3 weeks of the year

i'll give an extra week this year since jan 1 was a monday, and most people want to start on a monday, so they had 1 more week of gluttony

Yeah you'd be crazy to pay full price.

The Stanley doesn't have lifetime warranty. That's why I went mastercraft this time. I got a Stanley set 5 years ago. It's still good aside from I broke one ratchet by using it as a hammer lol. Other than that the set is still great. Retired the Stanley's to the workshop, mastercraft set will be in the truck.

does anyone pay full price on mastercraft?   when im on the fence about mastercraft, it has to be bought at 70% off or more.  if i see 85%, its usually a 'buy now', as that seems to be the max discount

Yeah thatís kind of the same reasoning. $60 to have multiple emulators and games is more appealing than $200 for 30. Iím 3D printing some NES/SNES/ATARI cases for it.

i see similar show up on tophatter

looks just like a nes mini, but some kind of 500 game emulator

so...  was at the gym yesterday (shapes nairn).

when getting my headphones (just before cardio), some guy was in the hallway explosive puking.  i was pissing, and heard what sounded liek water being dumpd out of a cup.   it was everywhere.

to top it off, he was back in the weight section when i left.

now, who carries on after that when you've already been there almost an hour?????

That's pretty dumb. Using 100+ pound dumbbells is not in any way an indication of gear usage.

as someone who has experimented over the course of 15 yrs and is an on again/off again "natty", i can agree.

its when you go from pushing 100lb dumbells for 5 or 6, then 5 weeks later its just part of the pyramid and you're doing 12+

if that stuff makes the gym 'fun again', why not?   i rarely take anything off the rack over 120, its like that point, **** gets heavy

yea but remember, back then, those were 30mg tabs, and 500....  15000mg of it for $44 (~1/3rd of a cent per mg)

even with that popeyes price, you get 4800mg for $72... (~6 2/3 cents per mg)

talk about an increase!

best price i have evr got since they went to 8mg tabs was a 12 pack of 50x8's for like $16.. i'll assume pricing error??

best price i see lately is here:  http://www.supplementscanada.com/ephedrine.html   $36

that is what im suspecting.   plus, im not sure how cdn tests work, but based on all the other ones i see, i had to do some sort of conversion, and it doesnt give other levels like e2, prolactin, etc

just gave me albumin, shbg, test, free test levels

I have not, but would also be interested in getting them checked.  I assume you just ask your doctor?

i did, and it was near the end of some pct, and my numbers were much much lower than i thought they'd be.  "low end of average" for my age group

just wondering if this is common.

picked up a pair of shoes from xeroshoes.com
the ipari prio

they're known for their sandals, and just recently have made a couple pairs of shoes.   0 drop, thin sole, wider fit

Are you talking doing the hack squat with your chest facing in on the machine? Those are alright. I'm planning on one of my leg days to actually begin with hamstring centric movements and to make sure I do one hip hinging one such as good mornings or stiff leg deads and one knee hinge, lying leg curls or Nordic Ham curls etc.

nah, just regular hack, but feet a smidge wider, and at the top of the foot plate..

just not a fun machine to do.  i have read it works good tho.

oddly, i did squats at the end of leg day yetserday, it was strange, less endurance, but strength relatively close
