Bump. Slide me some offers or trades

Bump O.B.O

Warrantied my Lifeproof case last week due to some minor issues, received the new case on Wednesday.

I performed the water test as instructed, and it failed miserably, within 5 minutes the case was half full of water.

I just called Lifeproof to exchange this one, and they told me just to keep it and do whatever I want with it, So I'm going to sell it.

Retails in Winnipeg for $99 from Telus (Where I originally bought it), comes out to $112.99 with tax.

Case still works, it just isn't waterproof. I believe it's leaking by the chargeport. Should still keep out dirt/dust as well as protect it from drops.

Will come with the Lifeproof screw-in headphone adapter.

Asking $60

I'm thinking about getting a truck.. I test drove the TRD Sport and for 44 grand, it felt underwhelming, and as much as I like the look of the TRD Pro, I can't justify spending 55k on it..and the TRD Offroad has some things that I don't think I'd need.. I'm probably going to test drive the ZR2 sometime this week, depending how bored I am, but I'm not completely sold on it's looks.

Probably will look more at a new F150, or the new Ranger when it eventually makes its way to North America.

I definitely like the look of the new Ranger, however I'm not sold on the engine.. a Ecoboost 2.3L? pic related

I'm trying to find my way up to Keeyask, since it's a shortcut to buying a house and a new truck.. So probably won't actually buy for awhile.. But I think I'm done with the civic.

Not sure what sizes you're looking for, but this link may help narrow it down.

AFAIK you always needed DOT stamped headlights, seat belts, DRLs, etc to pass an MB safety.

Do the headlights from a USDM 01' Legacy Wagon not fit? Quick google search found me a parts interchange list "00-04 Head lights all (Note: GT/OB/Baja are different but will interchange)"

Post in 204 Subaru Marketplace/Canada JDM Marketplace looking for headlights.

I think you should double check import requirements, and safety requirements before you import an Elgrand.

From MPI:
Importers should be aware that modifications and replacements parts may be required for items such as:

-lights and reflectors
-head lamps, brake lamps (including the centre high mounted brake lamp), tail lamps, side reflex reflectors, side marker lamps
-daytime running lamps
-windshield and other glass

They may not try to steal the vehicle itself, but they may try to steal parts off the car.

Take that into consideration

Build a small fence around the car and hook a couple car batteries up to it.

Also, this. Any way you could park a car on the street with a GoPro or something running in a way where you'd be able to grab their plate?

"had small plans to mod it into a nice street car. Just a basic wheels and coils build with some bolt ons"

Probably one of my favorite lines

Very nice build!

Not I. Home depot might have, they still rent tools?
Yea, they do. But I might not need it anymore since the plugs going in a cabinet, I can just surface mount the box which is a blessing because cutting in a box in plaster is a royal pain in the ass.

Anyone have an oscillating tool I could borrow? I need to cut in a receptacle at my buddies place, and unfortunately he has plaster walls.

I picked up a battery warmer last year for my oem battery after it kept having a hard time cranking in the cold. That should keep it warm while I'm at work. The other day I tried starting my car in the garage after it sat for maybe 12-14 hours and it felt like it was trying to start in -35 degrees. I don't think these short drive to and from work are charging the battery enough.

Get better battery.

Rear page ripped off of my codebook which is spiral bound.

Does anyone know of a place that can fix it? Would rather not let my codebook get ruined as they're not cheap.
