How aggressive was it? I know thatís spraying dependant though. Did you ever regret it?
You couldnít scratch it at all? Oh nice.
Thatís pretty hard then. Thatís kinda what I want.

Am I just being naive to think that besides it looking flat , it doesnít look like a bedliner? In black , you can see the texture a mile away. But I find with a colour itís a lot harder to tell. Especially if I do mine (white top and dark grey bottom) I donít think itíll be that visible.

Hereís a couple coloured vehicles and 20/20 you canít even tell I think.

Nothing like a chalkboard. It has a heavy texture. If you zoom in on the pics of the truck in the sun on my link  you'll be able to see the texture. I wasn't able to scratch it with a key

I had a tundra that was completely raptor liner in a gray shade.  I was afraid that the texture finish would be hard to get completely clean but to my surprise it cleaned up exceptionally well. Over the 1.5 year I had it the colour held great. Cheaper roll on bed liner from Canadian tire fade after time (black in particular)

You're confusing me with jordisonjr.
I've never had a ranger. I've had 2 silverados, 1 sierra, 1 sierra duramax, and now onto another duramax

Anyone have some 8 bolt wheels and tires for 8x6.5 bolt pattern. Ideally 18s or 20s?

Stock keys or aftermarket they still put stress on tour CVs and ball joints. Not nearly as detrimental as the interwebs make it seem though

Must be a Chevy thing. My Ford can sit pretty nose high with just a T-bar crank. Tons of adjustment with stock keys. Aftermarket keys are literally a waste of money.

Do Chevy's not have a lot of adjustment?
They have a fair amount of adjustment but on a mid 2000s I've always found that the torsion bars must be worn a little as just cranking they keys will barely get it level

Is this just leveled using a TBar crank?
Levelled = aftermarket kit.
T-bar crank is just that a T-bar crank.  Most trucks won't get level with just a crank.

The headlight lenses are actually untouched. I opened the headlights up, disassembled them completely, then painted the plastic chrome bits to be black. There was actually a very small amount of painted areas, but enough to make them look totally different.

As for judging and awards, I'm not the type of person that fixates on something like that and takes it personally. With that being said, its hard for me to apply logic to winning a "show" award with wheels+coils+lip kit last year then being downgraded to a "class" award with a color change, wide body, air ride, and trunk setup. I think I'll stick to out of market shows from now on, just to avoid the local politics tbh. As polarizing of a character that Fleming has been with a lot of TTI members over the years, I actually feel an extremely large amount of sympathy for him with what the judges did via social media after the show finished. It was a huge slap in the face, and I'm sorry that he was subjected to it. They should of honestly just accepted their mistake and let the award presentation sit the way it was announced, not snatch it back from a guy and downgrade.

Again, that's not sour grapes at all, I just don't enjoy leaving a venue scratching my head in confusion. The show itself had a nice turnout, which is always good to see locally.

I did not stay for awards so I'm unfamiliar with what went on, but I am curious, obviously your build isn't the place though.

I like the new look, especially what you did with the headlights; did you wrap them in a smoke film or spray tint them?

There were a lot of nice cars in the show, I'd say its pretty hard for the judges, but I also have zero idea of what their criteria and classes are.

Who spends an hour in the wand wash.  That **** would be like $50.

I drive a truck so it gets dirty quickly, I like it clean and sparkly but if theres a chance of rain within a day or two, I wait, so basically i havent washed my truck in like 3 weeks.

Engine & Transmission / Weird Transmission Issue
« on: July 06, 2016, 12:26 PM »
Looking for some insight into the following issue:

2006 Mitsubishi Exclipse 4cyl 5psd.

Car was purchased safetied with a slight noise that sounded like a throw out bearing.  Car drive fine, no slipping in the clutch.

We took the transmission out and had our mechanic look at it, turned out to be the input shaft bearing, got it replaced, put the transmission back in the car.  Nothing. Car will not move.
You can hear and feel the transmission shift into the gear, but the car does not move, also has a slight grind like noise that sounds like the splines on the output shafts aren't grabbing or aligned properly.
Also another weird issue is with the clutch, we bled the system and can visually see the clutch fork moving, but it feels like it doesnt disengage the transmission from the engine when pushed.

The transmission was pulled again and had two other people look at it and said it was fine.

There's not a whole lot of information I can find anywhere online so all input is appreciated.

Do you find that when you hit a higher weight on front squats that the crossed arms method doesn't suffice anymore? I have to switch to clean grip at 225

Try 25mg of Zinc picolinate 2x a day and give it a month.

Zinc & B5 pantothenic worked pretty good for me, was getting breakouts during my last prep, probably from diet and extreme amount of sweating from cardio

As the title states, im looking for a small sub box to fit behind the rear seats of my Crew Cab chevy.  The boxy you need to be a slim tapered one (deeper at the bottom, shallower at the top)

Let me know if you have anything.

Thanks,
