Why should the price of the vehicle determine if it's FWD, RWD or AWD? Especially since Honda kind of has a history of making great fwd vehicles, and, every Type-R has been FWD. They're also lighter and (correct me if wrong), they have less drivetrain loss.

It seems to me that the downfall of being FWD in the segment that's competing against the STi, Focus RS and Golf R is that 0-60 time is the most noticeable stat that's worse because of FWD and people seem to loooove quick 0-60 times.

This guy is a good example of what you can do in a FWD car (when you have balls the size of Texas).

Its still just a fwd car though.... Its not even AWD. And it looks like a 12 year old designed it while playing a need for speed game by tossing on every aftermarket option available. Nowhere near worth 60k.

Even the RS with more power and features isn't worth 60.

"just a fwd car" is something I'd have said prior to owning a fantastic FWD car. I know it's less than ideal to ask the front tires to do basically all the work, but I'm having just as much if not more fun in my FiST than I had in my Miata or my WRX.

Not surprising. There's a nitrous blue one at my dealer and I think it's listed at 52k.

I've seen blue, white and black. I like black the least, I'd really like to see the grey in person.

I was at a Ford dealership today. As I was checking out the Focus RS they had in the showroom, they mentioned that the MSRP is supposedly going up to about $60K next year.  <:

I like the pops and crackles but the way it's tuned into cars today it sounds way too predictable. Like the pops are too manufactured. Same tone, number and volume each time.

Found out my car is most likely a write off. Thanks gravel truck. Almost every forward facing panel needs to be replaced.

Gonna do a buyback?

I've seen some dual pattern 4x98/4x108 in my searches. They're out there. My dad had a CTS-V with a 6 bolt pattern. That was impossible.

do it. You know you will eventually. Might as well do it now. Enjoy 5x108

4x108. It sucks. Looking at 17x8 +40ish, potential wheels include:

-Rota Grid
-Rota Titan
-Konig Hypergram
-Rota Recce
-ESM 004 (if I can find 4x108, it seems they do or have made them before)

@jon08 the new Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 is a nice tire. I've been using it this summer, no complaints so far. PMCTire.com pricing on it was good.

Wraps and sleeves are meant for different things. Wraps allow you to squat more weight (provided your hip/back strength is there). Sleeves keep your knees warm and that is their main function. You can purposely buy them extra tight (I do it for competition) to offer a tiny bit of support. I have SBD and they are definitely better than my old rehbands, mark bell's Strong sleeves are very similar (7mm) but they aren't legal for competition in Canada (CPU at least). The slingshot sleeves are legal but they are only 5mm I believe, my wife has these and they are better than the rehbands, but not quite as good as the sbd's. Wraps are a pain because you have to take them on and off for every set. I don't know why any "normal" gym goer would ever train in them. I have a pair and they are kind of fun to use, but they aren't something you wear every squat session for every set.

I'll use wraps if I want bruised legs.
