There's a few in Transcona.  I like Shell on Kildare, Shell @ Panet @ Nairn, Henry's Carwash on Pandora @ Day, Esso @ Pandora and Day.

    Just to name a few.

Husky on plessis is good. Henry's on Pandora has pits that sometimes don't have grates on them. So your car wheel could fall into it.

If you are just looking to rinse your car, the Esso at Pandora and Day st. is pretty good for time/dollar.

Yet another +1 for them. Only thing I can recommend is bring your own loonies. The cashiers (at least the ones I get) like to press the "it takes twonies" button a lot. It's fine if you need to soak your ride or are able to quickly switch the dial, but I have a different routine and they always give me grief when I just want loonies. I know, it's easier on your till and the device will just run twice as long, but I have a slightly different routine and the machine doesn't have a pause button.

I never have a problem making them give me loonies. Just say it, and if they say it takes toonies, say it again, and keep saying you want loonies until they give them to you lol

Get him to make the time longer.

Damn that time runs out fast.

Henry's is a bit better, and I like their soap better.  But there's usually a pretty decent lineup.

Never tried the husky on plessis, but then again I have started to do my car in my driveway.
