didn't find any reviews on them so here is mine.
My oem hids were going out on one side and the housings were really old, yellow, cracked.
It was scary driving back from halfmoon one night so I bought halogen headlights.

I got Tom to take out the HID headlights and hook up the halogens. It's the opposite of what he would usually do.
I still have the wiring options to go back to HIDs later if I want.
I also got him to redo my ugly sketchy DRL wiring the car had.

I am happy with the work.

        lol, highlight of the thread.

Can confirm that his existing headlights had some pretty bad wear.  have yet to see his work in person but from the pics, Tom did a great job hiding all the stuff.   @WinnipegHID always does a good job from what i've seen.    Cant wait to see in person!

Thanks for the review Sunny! Aftermarket headlights never fit perfectly 99% of the time but I got them hooked up properly and looking good on your Aristo.

I had gone with Tom last year to get my X5 headlight resealed as there was condensation building up.

He managed to get it done in good time, price was alright. But there was a problem, he forgot to hook up the Angel Eye..so @Sharino  had to get into the headlight and finish his job. Which was a little of an issue as I had no time to go back to Tom and Darren had already installed the headlight back on.

Told Tom of what happened, he sent me an email that he was apologetic and that the next time I go to him he would give me a discount(still got the email).
I will go to him when I get the Evo in for some HIDS.
Hope he is a man of his word and will keep that discount.

Picked up some LEDs from Tom, can confirm is helpful and well priced. I'll be emailing you about more too my turn signals are going and I think I'll go to switchbacks

I had Tom diagnose and fix an issue I was having with my HID retrofit from another source on my Land Cruiser.  He knows his stuff, figured out the issue quickly, and got me fixed up for a very reasonable price.  He's located about as far from me as you can be and still be in the city, but worth the trip for expert service.

probably get you to do my car's retrofit when the mini D2S 4.0 comes out. I did it myself on my old car, wasn't too hard, but time consuming and your attention to detail has to be pretty good when doing them yourself. I don't think I'll have the patience to do it again

so, it's good to hear good things about Tom at Winnipeg HID.
