Speaking of fenders, I also have rust on one side I want to get fixed for cheap. I checked out the list of shops. Does anyone have any hookups or know someone who can fix it for like $500 or less? Best estimate I got (from a shop) was $1000. Here's the bad news:

Budget is kinda low. Wouldn't get a  good repair for that price.

Even at $1000 it wouldn't be a great repair.

Agreed. You'd probably have to cut/replace the rusted portion, if you don't want it to come back.

With the stage that the rust is at, I'd reccomend looking into getting a whole new fender to replace the one you've got.

Basically what everyone here has said. That rust is also not that easy to repair because of how the inside of the fender looks right near where it meets the door. $1000 is bottom of the bucket for that kind of repair with quality paint and a blend.

Also, if your thread looking for a roller is for this fender: DON'T. You will make the problem a LOT worse if you roll it at this point.
