Was curious to know if anyone knew of a way to fit an oem r34 Gtr body onto a r34 gtt. (yes there's probably guides somewhere on the Internet, but I'd like to stay where I'm familiar with and where I can get some local advice)

I have minimal body work but I'm interested in learning. First off I'd need to source a body kit, or is it possible to use oem panels (fenders, hood, quarters, bumpers, lips, wing) from a Gtr. If not, does anyone know of a company that makes look-a-like body kits for the gtt. I know the fitment may not be perfect but I'd like to know the best company to use. I was taking a look at Jdltuning.com and their parts are made from fibreglass, is that something to avoid? And to complete the body conversion I'd like to do a brake swap.

Possible to use OEM. Surely easier to find and fit aftermarket quarters made of fiberglass though, for the widebody. Aftermarket fiberglass will almost certainly be cheaper for all panels, but you will not have the quality fit of OEM parts.

Yup just get OEM front end and Fiberglass aftermarket rear quarters. I followed a couple build threads where they did the conversion

Do you know if on the front end I have to switch out anything like the rad support, I've heard that with after market hoods sometimes they don't clear the throttle body/intake sometimes

Do you think you could possibly link me to the thread? Also if the fitment on the aftermsrket rear quarters aren't the greatest is it possible to modify them so they fit better?
