Hey Top Tier.

I picked this little beauty up about 1.5 years, the price was right and the mileage was low at 104,500kms so I couldn't pass it up. I've always been a fan of the Legacy and also have a white BD that I've owned for the last 11 years which was boosted and had meth injection(was returned to stock and now sold). The previous owner babied this car and the only performance mods he did were a stage1 flash, Invidia catback, rotor/pads/stainless lines and a COBB BPV. It didn't take long before I started ordering parts I was satisfied with the power and how the car handles but got used to it rather quick. I've got a few more things to add power wise then I'll be switching my focus and adding some cosmetic parts to the exterior and engine bay. Stay tuned for updates

Nice project. Legacies seem to be a neglected platform, kudos for taking steps to wring some extra fun out of yours.

Thanks. Neglected platform sounds about right lol. When it's all said and done this should be a pretty quick car!

            Beautiful Legacy!

I'm guilty of mirin' your car in the past. Had a soft spot for this gen of Legacy's and am looking to pick up a 07 to 09 Spec B in the coming months.

Haha thanks, I think I remember seeing your car there that day. I like that color blue. You can't go wrong with 07-09 Spec-B, if you end up getting one hit me up and we'll go for a cruise.

The turn in felt a little sharper with the addition of the strut tower bar, it fit well and adds a little bling under the hood. The rear sway bar is an adjustable 20mm Whiteline RSB. The difference I felt from this upgrade was night and day. The factor bar was 15mm and felt like it would understeer a lot, with the new bar installed it made the car feel more neutral.

No, I don't think I've actually ever been on WH.

Yeah, I want wider tires to fit on my 18x9.5s so I don't have as much stretch. STU max is 245.

Double check the latest rulebook, 99% sure I saw a motion last fall to allow 255 or 265 for AWD cars in STU.

Hey Sahba. The GS downpipe I ordered was a direct bolt on affair, it's made for the 08+ WRX/STI and 05+ LGT style turbos.

Finally installed my Group N motor mounts and Killer B pick up and baffle  I installed this lip a few weeks ago, really liking how it looks now.

Nice, that adds a bit more aggressiveness to the front. How do the new engine mounts feel? I've been considering doing this to my subie, it makes tons of sense on fwd cars for the torque spin on the motor, but how does it affect the awd?

stock pieces on subarus are gummy worms, Upgrading them makes your drivetrain more in place, and more predictable. if that makes sense.

Nothing was wrong with the factory mount but I've been wanting to upgrade them for a while now. I had the Group N tranny and pitch mount already installed and this was the final mod to take take the excess slack out of the drivetrain.

The new mounts feel great, everything feels much more connected now. We have a lot of motor movement from side to side and these eliminate that. I love the way these mounts feel, if your on the fence about these hit me up and we can go for a spin.

Not much at all besides a slight vibration at idle. I picked up the gf saturday afternoon after installing these and she didn't notice anything out of the ordinary.
