Gaskets and studs, went for a modified waterneck, and my precision wastegate with Tial style bov.

    Now the single turbo kit has arrived im sure i have all i need to switch over.
    Front mount intercooler
    Exhaust modded and decatted
    New wideband
    Greddy boost controller
    Turbo timer
    Turbo blanket
    New turbo
    New manifold
    New k@N intake filter
    New wastegate and bov
    All gaskets
    All silicone connectors and clamps
    New oil lines
    Modified waterneck
    Phr intercooler pipes.

    Before with twins in.

              Waited for this stubby downpipe from suprastore that they recomended, for my jdm Supra that didnt fit.
              Few things left to do to the supra till it can run on the street.
              - 90 degree elbow to charge pipe
              - charge pipe
              - 3 inch to 4 inch adaptor for intake filter
              - Custom 3inch downpipe to exhaust
              - Bov attached to pipe
              - wideband and boost controller to be hooked up
              - 3 dyno pulls for safe boost level on stock ecu

                Update:

                3 inch to 4 inch adaptor came in, so intake and filter are on, clamps arent on in this picture, done though.

                90 degree hose came in charge pipes on.

                Waiting on Hks bov adaptor, picture shows mock up of where the bov will sit, i think it looks pretty good on top of the charge pipe like that, so itll probably go there.

                Downpipe and a screamer pipe are being made, and so to is 3 inch piping from after midpipe to tip of exhaust.

                    Trd exhaust which isnt going to cut it. The car is getting a custom 3 inch downpipe and a screamer pipe. The mid pipe is already 3 inches so thats staying. From the mid pipe back to the muffler its all only 2.5 inches the car has been bottomed out creating dents and a flat spot on the exhaust.
                    So all of that is being chopped and new 3 inch piping is going on instead.

                    My main plan for the car is to have a minimal lag street supra, lag sucks huge balls. On pump id like 550 hp and call it a day.

                    Also ordered a custom plate,  JDMV160 hopeing to get it.

                    V160 is the 6 speed getrag tranny in supras, for those that dont know.

                    In the last picture you can see the flat spot on the exhaust before the muffler, from some clown bottoming it out, probably why the spats are cracked and rear struts are worn.

                      Hks bov adaptor came in, Bov is now welded to the charge pipe. Greedy profec boost controller is wired up, Aem wideband is installed and working.

                      Exhaust is now done, custom downpipe a screamer pipe which points out just behind the drivers wheel. Rest of the exhaust is completely changed and is in 3 sections all v band for easy access and is all 3 inch piping race style with a turn down tip.

                      The first road test is a success at 8 psi afrs read 12.2 to 12.3. The car will be put onto a dyno very shortly to see how much the boost can be turned up safely.

                      The turbo spools up very fast, a 61mm with a .81 is a perfect fast spooling street turbo.

                      With the screamer pipe added you can hear turbo spool right away, and the rest of the exhaust now changed sounds very nice.

                      Many people have said that you need to tune your supra as soon as you switch to single. But this is solid proof that you can go single and be running safe afrs.
                      The 2jz compensates very well.

                      Car still has stock ecu stock pump stock injectors stock clutch stock suspension stock motor stock tranny.

                      Next we will see how much boost it can safely be turned up to.

                        Car has been dynoed.
                        Boosting 14psi limited by stock limiter.
                        Numbers 420 HP through the crank.
                        With 18 percent drivetrain loss.
                        She puts down 372 rwhp and 388tq to the wheels.
                        Afrs sitting around 11.2
                        Turbo starts hitting hard at 3000 rpm.

                        Very happy with the non laggy turbo and numbers for stock ecu and untuned

                                    All gauges now working, turbo timer, boost control set to max 15.5 has a 13 psi spring in wastegate, wideband is in and reading safe afrs.
