Another update since the last time I posted.

With both subframes and the gastank dropped I utilized this time and undercoated the car, which turned out quite nice

My last shipment of powdercoated parts also came in and they turned out quite nice. Mainly it was miscellaneous parts that included suspension parts, motor mount brackets, my air intake manifold, etc

I also mounted up the front subframe and started assembling the front suspension.

The areas that arent undercoated around the coilovers wont be seen as there a plastic wheel well cover.
The gas tank I spray bombed it silver and it turned out decent

Along with that I painted the rebuilt diff a black and silver

I also mocked up how my valve covers would look (very white like the car)

That pretty much sums up this update, the only thing holding me up is the machine shop and once the block is back it shouldnt be long before its back on the streets (May hopefully).

Another little update, putting together most of the suspension has been completed. I installed the new fuel pump and put the fuel tank up. Beforehand I had the hangers powercoated and I spraybombed the gas tank a silver. Along with this I mounted the rear subframe and the differential. All the bolts have been sandblasted and painted as well.

I got my spindles back from the shop I had new seals and bearings pressed in. Most of the front suspension is put together minus the tie rod ends.

Currently just trying to figure out the rear spindles, the outer seal doesnt appear to fit so hopefully itll be figured out soon enough so the rear suspension can go in.

So it beens a while since Ive updated, but a fair amount has happened. Sadly I didnt make it out to spring awakening due to work but it looked like a lot of fun! My car also sadly hasn't been completed due school but everything is coming together. At the moment Its just the engine that has to be done and that is almost complete.

The first big thing that came in was the turbo. I had it sent to Driftmotion where they freshened it up and put in a 57mm compressor wheel. From what Ive heard it should make around 400whp at around 18-20psi. This should be fine for power wise for now (I hope  ;D)

Next I ordered some stuff off of rock auto. Mainly just new coolant hoses, along with a new starter and a blower motor resistor.

After helping my friend put in the engine in his supra he gave me this nice carbon fibre arm rest too  ;D

I also made a stop by speed factor and picked up a weighted shift knob and some new lug nuts since my studs are longer now (ARP ones)

After a good 5 month wait my oil pan finally arrived. I have it sent to out to have trap doors put in place(for road racing), maybe overkill but now its done. Just needs paint.

Picked up a BOV from my friend. Mine was a fakie so it was time to upgrade to a real one

While I was waiting for all of this, I slowly put my rear suspension all back together. It really is something you'd have to see in person since its spotless  8-)

I took apart the tail lights too by soaking them in near boiling water and pulled them apart. There was alot of dirt that was inside that youd see everytime Id brake so I fixed that up and glued them back together.

I put in the steering rack and tie rod ends and hooked it back up to the steering wheel

So this is how the car sits currently, once the engines in Ill have to remount the intercooler(more safe this time) and it should hopefully be good to go.
