      GF had her car windows smashed while she was working the other day and last night had her gym bag grabbed from her as she walked into work.

                    At the end of the month I'm taking my Subie (and I guess my girlfriend too) and I'm looking for some roads to drive through if anyone knows of some nice ones. The plan is:

                    Winnipeg -> Banff -> Jasper -> Kamloops -> Whistler -> Vancouver -> Seattle -> YellowStone -> Mount Rushmore -> Fargo -> Winnipeg

                      Look into the badlands in South Dakota. Its not far from Mt Rushmore.

                      That's the one place I wish I went when I was down there.

                      Also lots of nice roads in the black Hills.

                          If you don't mind flipping your route around, Highway 99 is absolutely beautiful and an incredible twisty drive. It's the section between Lillooet and Whistler. I just did the Canada portion of your drive a couple weeks ago.

                          If you're interested in that highway you're probably looking at Winnipeg to Whistler then to Vancouver / Banff.

                          Also Going to the Sun road in Montana is absolutely beautiful. It miiiight fit right in between Mount Rushmore and Fargo. Highly highly recommend this route.

                                Highway 99 was what I was planning on doing! Sun Road is a bit of a ways out going from Seattle to YellowStone we plan on just doing a quick 15hr drive and getting there.

                                  I literally just watched a lady try and turn down a one way street.... The wrong way. Luckily she picked up on the hint of people honking and pointing at her.

                                    Sea to Sky highway is a must. (Vancouver to Whistler, Is that 99?) I've taken it on a bus a couple times and its amazing, couldn't imagine driving it.

                                        Called out wpg police on Twitter for a cop tossing on his sirens just to get through a red light lol.

                                        I'm gonna get investigated and arrested.

                                          Only thing I can recommend is do it on a clear day, the views are awesome, especially if you've never seen the ocean before (I hadn't the first time i went). Smoke may also have an effect on visibility depending on the state of the Forrest fires when you're over there.

                                            I actually heard a good reason for this is if they want to go to a crime scene silent, makes sense if they don't want to alert anyone that they're coming but still blast through intersections. I do hate it when it happens though.

                                              Typically they run with their lights on but sirens off then and then shut them off a couple blocks away

                                                Yeah, that would make sense if they didn't stop at the next set of lights lol. It was on Wellington, where the lights are barely a block apart. If they had time to wait at the second set, they had time to wait at the first set.

                                                I get that sometimes it's legit, thisbtime it was pretty obviously abuse of power. It happens lol
