It's called premier chiropractic centre.
It's in Westwood beside Shiers DQ.

You can make an appointment with him or his wife, his name is Mike. I would definitely recommend him. People from my gym have gone to chiropractors for years and had the same issues, they went to him (from hearing about him threw the gym) and he fixed them up and sent them on their way.

I go to him because I know him from the gym. Very strong guy for being older.
I got into a car accident and he's seeing me three times a week to adjust and make sure my body heals in the right place. He says about 7-10 more days and he's going to get me squatting and deadlifting full strength. Right now is only 225 for reps to see how my body is treating it and making sure it's staying inline.

Just finished running Smolov JR bench program . Benching 4 days a week is fun , but I'm more excited to see what kind of PR this generates now that it's over. I'd like to kinda keep the high frequency bench going and see where it gets me. I definitely noticed the weights moving faster. We'll see!!

You'll be a stick at 185! I'm around 207 right now, so that's the area I'll end up at. I'm only 57'" though.

I'm hoping to retain enough of my lean mass to be around 10% at 185ish. Regardless of if that's where I am at 185, after 10 weeks I'm going back to bulking unless things have gone horribly, horribly wrong. I've been bulking for approximately 7 of the last 8-9 months, I'm oddly excited about not having to eat as much now and as I plan on eating almost the same thing daily, not having to worry about any calorie/macro counting other than what I have already calculated.

First thing in the morning and then two more times, 4 hours between doses. I follow this dosage guide - http://ephedrinewheretobuy.com/ephedrine-where-to-buy-eca-stacks/ec-stack-with-8mg-ephedrine-per-tab-standard-dosage

yea but remember, back then, those were 30mg tabs, and 500....  15000mg of it for $44 (~1/3rd of a cent per mg)

even with that popeyes price, you get 4800mg for $72... (~6 2/3 cents per mg)

                            talk about an increase!

best price i have evr got since they went to 8mg tabs was a 12 pack of 50x8's for like $16.. i'll assume pricing error??

best price i see lately is here:  http://www.supplementscanada.com/ephedrine.html   $36

Hit a 5 rep PR on squats at 365 while on a cut. Could have probably squeezed out a few more, but I still had 6 more sets to do.

Any isolate protein. Isoflex is a good one , but pricy. It's more pure stuff so typically doesn't effect your stomach as bad

Canadianprotein.com is best bang for buck. Even their Whey Protein Concentrate Is lower in sugar than most big named Isolates. I use it and im on Keto so Im pretty strict on Sugar/Carb intake.

If you say you have trouble eating enough, you will probably find you have a much bigger appetite after a few really hard training days at the gym. Start going to the gym before worrying about what is the best protein powder to buy, it's stupid expensive.  Having the right supplements will never overcome just simply not having enough calories in your diet to gain size/strength. Hit the gym hard and eat like a horse. Then think about supplements if you get really serious about gaining more size.
That being said, I'm not bashing protein, if you could only take one supplement, whey protein is it. It's a great way to add calories and grams of protein into your diet if you don't have time to eat enough, or just get sick of stuffing your face with chicken breast and hard-boiled eggs.
