yup looked good. I like the wheels you have on now, are those just black factory wheels off a newer ranger?

They came with the truck so I donít know what they came off exactly but I know it was a factory ranger rim .

Kinda what I figured. Not a bad looking wheel for a stocker.

Pretty upset. Got these super bright 50,000 lumen foglights about 3 months ago and they were amazing . Super bright. And one burnt out. They have a built in fan in the back that spins to cool them, well since theyíre fogs theyíre down low. Since theyíre down low all the **** off the road splashed on them, which got in the fan and stopped the fan and over heated it.

So now Iím going to buy some 4Ē LED pods and shove those in there and make a custom bracket for it

There's a ton of people that commute ridiculous lengths.

They're usually commuting cause the cost of living is way less where they live.

I could be in a brand new condo in Steinbach for the same as I pay for a old ass ****ty apartment in Winnipeg.

If you own a house the difference in price of property tax pays for the extra fuel used.

They're usually commuting cause the cost of living is way less where they live.

I could be in a brand new condo in Steinbach for the same as I pay for a old ass ****ty apartment in Winnipeg.

If you own a house the difference in price of property tax pays for the extra fuel used.

Thatís good to know , thanks

finally snowed again, bout 2 inches but finally!

first thing I did was brush off the truck and slide it all around town lol. you know, had to test traction limits with the studded tires after being used to the slippy slidy mud tires.

town is now filled with S shaped tire tracks hahah

Maybe someone on here may be able to help as I'm basically at wits end with a problem on my 98 Silverado k1500.  Heres the coles notes:
                                            - brakes were extremely hard to operate (loud whoosh sound when applying brakes as well) suspected bad brake booster\
                                            - changed out the brake booster and the brakes operate flawlessly, nice and easy to press, good stopping power
                                            -  however NO brake lights any more. WTF? right
                                            - bought a new brake switch (cheap $15) and installed. still nothing
                                            - tested new brakes switch by manually operating the internal "switch" and brake lights operate as they should

So basically when pressing the brake pedal it does not properly contact or actuate the switch to operate the brake lights.
I tried the old one again still nothing (old one tested good as well).  Also got a new retaining clip as that was a common issue after doing some research.  Still no brake light operation from pedal being depressed.

I've tried shimming the switch using zip ties and all other random ideas, cannot figure it out for the life of me.

Heres a link to a picture of how the whole assembly goes together on the brake pedal :

I'm open to any and all ideas how to get this problem solved.  About to wire up a switch from a motorbike and jimmy rig something to get them to work.  This is on a plow truck of mine and it needs to be out there plowing snow!

                                            Cheers!
                                            Jon.
