What a nice looking car for a first car. Must make you feel pretty damn proud being your first car is a Porsche. Old or not.
I hope you create many fun memories in that. Don't sell it the minute you find something better, nothing's like your first car.

Here's my 1988 Toyota MR2 Supercharged imported to Winnipeg from Long Beach California back in 2003.  It has only 73k original miles, no rust anywhere on vehicle (even exhaust hangers are clean), rare factory "orange pearl mica" paint code, t-tops, 5-speed, factory supercharged 4AGZE engine.  I'm currently refreshing the engine and replacing the stock oem 8.0:1 pistons with oem 8.9:1 pistons from a newer 4AGZE supercharged engine along with a more aggressive set of 262/252 Cat Cams and lighter Fidanza flywheel.  Hope to have it back on the road again and at least break in motor before the snow falls...

If you'd like a little more history on the car, there was a build thread on it on here before.

I like how your trailer hitch could be used as a step into your box Haha. Guess that's from the BL?

Yeah, I will eventually get around to fixing the hitch. Low priority though.

I love camping with this thing. Sleeping in the back is so nice.

My E550 Airmatic and 02 R1 together. R1 is getting new 5 spoke wheels, forks and bigger brakes as soon as some new parts come in. Mainly bar end signals, grips, and new mirrors.

Still thinking on whether or not I'll put on CF lip and splitters on the MB. I want a new exhaust too, but don't know where to take it.

I'm caught between taking my car there or benders  :zpin:

Its been a while since i had exhaust work done there so I can't comment on pricing for that. This passed winter I had them do a bunch of work on my ranger. It had to go back there a couple of times to  try and solve a heater core issue. Everytime they were willing to stick aorund passed their closing time so i could get there after work to pickup/drop off etc. Even cut me a deal on the last payment because it was there 3 times and they were unable to repair the issue. (They didn't do anything wrong, i was trying to avoid heater core replacement at all costs.)

That alone would make me go back there. When I had my exhaust done, they also let me in the shop, watch what they were doing, position it on the car how I wanted etc.

Had the Legacy done there. Brought in a exhaust from a 02-04 WRX I believe. He used what he could and made the rest. Psitioned exactly how I wanted it, let me watch. I gave him a time frame to bang it out so I could make it to work in the AM, and they hammered it out with no corners cut. He basically said, what was your expected budget, and cut me a deal right there for a custom cat-back.

It was cheap, quick and good work, albeit steel and not stainless for the piping.
