So on friday i went to Vickar Nissan for an alignment because they have a in ground hoist that is lowered car friendly. My experience there was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and nice to talk to. I was over a hour early for my apt which they had no problem with. I pulled into the service station and because i asked to deal with Roland, i had to wait maybe 5 mins till he was finished a job. That was fine by me because they were pulling in a 2014 R35 GTR Black Edition. Roland was awesome to deal with, loved talked about cars and asked lots about my car. Since i wanted my rear setup a certain way he let me back there to show him how i wanted it.

Overall i would go back there any time for an alignment. I highly recommend them for anyone, especially lowered cars. There is no bumps or lips to drive over to get on.

i dont see why not. Alignment machines have many different vehicles in it and its not like subarus are that much different. If they can do a jdm vehicle then im sure they can do yours.

My Brother just bought a used SE-R there. He said they were great. Really worked with him to get the deal done. It's hard for a young guy to get treated well by a dealer.

I believe so. I brought mine but I don't think he used them.

Just went and got an alignment at Vickar today and all I can say are positive things.

Quick time to get me in, prompt service, respectful of being nice to my car, in ground hoist and being able to talk the tech as my alignment was getting done.

Car has only ever been in a shop twice in its 3 years I've owned it.  Both times for an alignment.  So obviously picking a good place is necessary as my car never sees a shop. But this place is good.

And if you do go in tell them you want Roland to do the job.  Passionate about cars and his job that guy.  Really really good dude.

I highly recommend Vickar Nissan to get your alignment done at above anywhere else.

Was at Vickar Nissan this morning..even though I have no complaints about their service...from where I was sitting I could see that they are using a brush to wash the cars...something to think of if you care about your paint...ill definitely skip the complimentary wash from now on

Every dealer will be using a brush. When I was at Honda they would use a mitt if customers asked.

I don't believe they all do, I know the one I thought that wouldn't (Mazda out in Steinbach) made it a point that I was aware that they used a Mitt and showed me that they did, without me asking.

I'm also 99% sure, I remember Infiniti using a Mitt as well.
