Cleaned up a few parts, and disassembled more

              Polished booster?

              Seized screws

Drilled out the heads, removed the rotor

I used a small disc grinder to cut a line into the old screws, and used a flat screw driver to remove the remainder of the screw

              RHD power steering rack

brought off a ton of parts to get powder coated, will post pictures when I get it all back.

Got a few more parts in the mail today for the build

Downstar hardware, some stuff is my buddies. Got a nylon clutch line, cam seal, spike bolts and beauty washers, and DIY brake line tuck.

              Moroso remote battery terminals

Picked up some JDM thin moldings this weekend in exchange for my Injen CAI.

Anyway, did some work on the motor today.

Wiring, valve cover, timing cover and belt, and useless brackets all off

              Pretty clean actually

Rear of the motor. CV boots were torn, so there was grease everywhere

              Timing side cleaned up

Rear of the motor stripped down

              Scrubbed and washed

              Tranny cleaned up

              Low gloss black paint

              Valve cover cleaned up

              Taped and degreased

              More purple

Couple parts I picked up from the powder coaters

Motor is completely painted and dried

Valve cover is the wrong color. So I gotta get another one, and just powder coat it

Cleaned up and painted the timing covers. Put on the brand new 3 post mount, and timing belt

Cleaned up the starter. Check a few pics back, it was DIRTY

Brought my car to my friends shop and welded up some holes in the engine bay, please excuse my amateur welding

After some grinding with a flap disc to blend everything in

This side still needs work, it was already late, so I had to call it a day

Smoothed out the rad cradle and laid down some primer to find inperfections

              Right side rail

              Progress on the strut tower

Got more sanding done. I really don't like hand sanding

Got back some more parts from the powder coaters

Pedals reassembled, just need to finish cleaning up the S2000 pedal covers

Traded my Carbon Fiber hatch for a GSR head and LS/VTEC kit

Removed B20 head, starting to actually organize my parts

awesome update abe! question though, why do you have to get thin side moldings? aren't all japanese civics come with a thin side moldings? and also i have a nice double diaphragm booster with a 1" master cylinder if you want to upgrade from the 7/8's master cylinder  :P

Mine came with stick on side moldings, im not sure what the previous 3 Canadian owners did with the original moldings. I would definitely consider the booster and master cylinder for the future

                              Haven't posted in awhile...

                              June 12: S2000 Pedals added

Moved into my newly built house. Got a bigger garage, and its got 10x better lighting.

October 20th, scrubbing wheel wells with a tooth brush and soap water

                              and rad cradle

Also had my brakes powder coated. No more paint chipping

Picked up a set of Desmonds. Didn't take a before picture, but this is right after fresh powder coat

Got new stickers for them, they sent the final version stickers and refused to send me the right ones, so I know the lips stickers are wrong, but I'm ok with it

Also picked up a second set of Work CR-Kai for super cheap. Took a before picture this time

                              After. Battleship Grey

Cleaned up and painted the steering rack

Ordered all new Energy Suspension bushings

                              Some new bushings installed

New oem brake rebuild parts. Also hardrace toe arm bushings, and new Koyo wheel bearings (Not pictured)

                              My wheel collection so far...

Also had my Mugen RNR's refinished in "Black Magic", its a semi gloss black.

Added some wire grids to the garage to display some of my extra parts on

Got these on black Friday. Super stoked about the tucked rad. And got a bunch more Downstar stuff for the build
