He everyone, I have a couple scooters that I've been working on. I got the Ruck back in the spring of 2008 and have been slowly working on it for a while. First mods I did to it were-

-PasswordJDM Hyper-Whites
-PasswordJDM Pegs
-Tinted tailights/blinkers
-Custom stock tailight mod
-Relocated horn
-Relocated licenseplate
-Removed rear fender
-Lowered seatframe
-DIY cupholder
-Removed mirrors

Then I got a new rear shock, lowered the front fender, but eventually I just removed the front fender and the rest of the plastics.

That was all in 2009 and the ruck sat pretty much unused while I went to college for a couple years. Come fall 2012 I finally started getting back at it. I installed a dorby clutch variator, heavier weights, new front forks, one-off seatframe, remolded recaro seat, and lower handlebars, and an intake.

And this is how it sits now

Right now I have a Gy6 and a Composimo modular stretch kit that I'll probably get installed this winter. I would like to re paint it, but I can't make up my mind as to what color I would want.  :-\

Now onto the Grom, I heard about it back in May and knew I had to have one. So I got one preordered and had to wait patiently  :unamused: for much too long.

I did finally get it, even though it felt like a whole year later!

Brought it home to meet its twin. Its pretty cool that the stock forks on the Grom match my upgraded Ruck forks.

Thanks! I've gone 62 so far, but that wasn't a very long stretch.

Was 62mph maxed out with it? I sold my Ruck when we moved outside of city limits, sat on the pre-order list for a Grom for wayyyy too long then said **** it and bought a bigger motorcycle.

Also, guessing you know Ben if you own a Grom and Ruck in GF? lol

Ohh yeah I've rode ruck in the country and its not fun haha. When I hit 62 it was in town between stop lights, felt like it had more to go, but I just didn't have enough time to do it. Yeah I know Ben, we're both part of the UpNorthUnknown shop in Grand Forks here. That's his yellow Ruck above, minus the battery box.

I was thinking something like this, with more carbon fiber and all black.

Not sure if I want to stay all black, or try something different.

Just because I'm bored here are some pics of our shop shenanigans.

                              Grom meme? Sure why not.
