Picked up a few things I need for a brake refresh/rear disc conversion. Boxing Day deals weren't as good as Black Friday/Cyber Monday but I still found a few.

Centric Plain front and rear rotors
Hawk HPS front and rear pads (I hope they don't squeak like my HP+ do currently)
                Goodridge G-Stop brake line kit
and talked myself into some Project Kics R40s

edit: Thanks Apple, Kics was corrected to Kids  ::) no project kids for me  :P

Picked up a used set of Tsudo UEL headers, Tsudo full catback exhaust used along with a Cobb intake for the Forester.

Just ordered a pair of Moog outer tie rod ends, front and rear sway bar endlinks, and ball joints.  Still on the hunt for a passenger side steering knuckle/axle housing.

Still on the fence about getting coilovers or just King Springs with new top hats.

Will do! I need it to warm up before I tackle the install. Not having a garage sucks big time in the winter.

Coilovers. They're cheap but cheaper than OEM struts so why not.

Got a Berk HFC front pipe over the holidays. Not a huge difference in sound but it is now slightly deeper and less muffled sounding.

If the build quality is nice I'll probably get some skirts and maybe a rear diffuser.

I do the same with rock auto orders.

Add a couple filters to  the order and they end up only costing a fraction of the price compared to local.
