    Will anything void your warranty?
Are you going with an OEM carbon fibre hood?

Sorry for the delay.  Im being careful with anything that may void warranty.  I think I will need to get in touch with the local Mitsu dealership and see what the service department will consider voiding.

      As far as my original list Ive done the following;

      1. Caliper paint bought, going gloss black.
      2. CAI priced out at $299
      3. Saving for coilovers instead of just springs.
      4. CF Hood would be OEM

I also looked into Wheels.  19" KONIG Integrams in black finish.
These im waiting for spring as its near end season.  I don't want to Order anything and have them sit while I stare at them over the winter.

Looking at getting my headlights and tail-lights painted black.  Got quotes on headlights so far but assuming tails will be same price.  Chrome doesn't do it for me on a yellow car.

Going to be getting in touch with Duals in town, I really need to have Magnaflows installed.  Stock sound leaves much to be desired.

Shifter needs to be changed, 6 spd MT and the knob has worn out.

After that Id really like to get minor details done like foglight housing repainted, debadged, burnt fasteners done, swapping fog lights for Angel eyes and swapping rotors for cross drilled.  A lot of planning now with execution occurring over the winter into the spring.

Quotes done for getting Stock wheels powder Coated.  $650 for some sexiness and lets be honest, I cannot for the life of me decide which wheels to go aftermarket style and really like the Stocks.  Saves me coin and will allow a quicker Coilover setup.  25MM spacers are in my future now.  Oh spring needs to hurry up and get here, and its not even Fall yet ..

Up in the Air about Black with High flake count or White with High Flake ... any opinions?

That's a lot. You can get them powder coated for less than that.

Villain motorsports has good pricing for powder coating.

Do they still paint auto rims and are they comparable to ride Ind in quality?

650 for powdercoating is extremely overpriced. If that is your quote from Ride Ind. then it seems maybe his prices have gone up again. He did mine for $550 a year ago and compared to prices at Villian even that is way overpriced

That is the quote I was given yes for 2 stage painting.  I'm looking for Something like mirror black with gold/bronze flake as well as a yellow "pin"stripe around the lip of the wheel with clear coat to top it off

That's 4 powders, I can see why he quoted 650. Have you considered dialing it back a notch?

I can toss the yellow stripe and just go with the metallic paint job with clear.  That's what I got 650 quote for. Didn't even mention yellow pin stripe

My personal opinion is to toss the pinstripe idea, it never really looks as good as expected. It'll also save you a couple bucks.
At that price for powdercoating, you could probably get a decent set of new wheels, but its understandable if you like the stock ones and just want to refinish.

For new wheels, tpms, rubber and all the minors involved with install I'm looking at 2200 for the 19's I want and 1500+ for 18's.  I like my stocks and would rather toss coin towards coilovers instead of springs. The biggest issue with my car is its stance.

Not a bad Idea, could always upgrade wheels down the road if you wanted to anyways.
I've always been a fan of lowering before wheels as well.

Villian just quoted me $300.  Gonna stop by there later to see their work and give them a better Idea of what Im looking for.   Black with metallic flake topped with Clearcoat.

Just wanted to update, stopped by Villian Motorsports, Awesome guy, looked over colours.  There was a black with a colour changing type sparkle that I liked.  The colour I couldnt think of that I think is amazing is Bronze burst sparkle Metallic.  Anyone seen this colour or have input on what it would look like on a yellow car? Im going to take a pic of my car for the photoshop thread to come up with different ideas.

                            4 Colours caught my eye:

Well had my exhaust done, for right now it is just a muffler swap and luckily did it now as one of my stock mufflers was beginning to rust through.

Before and after photos included.  Next for exhaust will be going to a 2.25-2.5" front to back.  Cant thank Duals enough.  Awesome job and the effort that was put in to ensure proper fitment was amazing.  Now the car actually sounds like it should.

Well got down to it today and Blacked out my headlights.

Thank you to Grant and Dan for coming by and spending half the day taking everything apart and putting it all back together.

Only thing that pissed me off is I wanted the gold rivets on them and they came with the silver.  Oh well another days purchase I guess.
