I just found his build journal on the forester forum, he doesn't specify the brand of wheels but either way I'd like a set of wheels similar to these one day, so many options
Love the dark paint with white wheels
They're p1's and they'll clear basically no big brake setups including brembos without spacers, and come in really weak widths (x7 and x7.5) and high offsets. They're Italian made and cast.If you already bought them, read here: Awesome! Cool wheels, congrats! If you haven't bought em' yet, read here: Run! Go buy another set of rota tarmac 2's or GRPA's. Better brake clearance, better sizing, comparable build quality.
Either widened R33 wheels, or Square G33s, which are essentially widened R33 replicas.
Incorrect. G33's are R33 GTR replica wheels with more agressive offsets (+30 versus +15). They are however both 9" wide.
Lol. They already came with the car. Was just trying to decide if I should get rid of them ASAP as they look to be in great shape.
For your uses...get rid of them and get a rep if you want that'll clear whatever you need. People used to pay stupid money for those, but they're getting harder and harder to sell. You can still get rid of them somewhat...because more people are now importing the JDM WRX's/STI's and they're brand name.
URAS NS 01
Anybody know what these are?
I assume shaun just image searched these but they look like they could also be bee*r b5.The bee*r are discontinued and pretty rare. Lmgt4's are fairly similar but also rare and expensive. CST D-specs are also close. Rota p45s are also similar but they're also rotas. From my understanding they're all basically knockoffs of the lmgt4.
The b5 only has 5 holes drilled in the center whereas the ns01 has 10 so I think it's safe to rule out b5
Don't you dare question Shaun's knowledge on wheels.
Shutup Miggy. My point was that if you're interested in purchasing that wheel there's no point in fixating on the one particular model since they're pretty much all the same thing. Only one its okay to fixate on are the LMGT4's. Would probably have better luck overseas sourcing the B5's or the CST's.
